Services
I offer individual counselling for women who feel stuck, lost, unfulfilled, and overwhelmed.
Common struggles include:
Difficulty making (satisfying, purposeful) decisions
Absence or lack of meaning, purpose, desire, enjoyment, and/or joy
Transforming desires, goals, and/or vision into (sustainable, realistic) action
Persistent, chronic, recurring, and/or cyclical sense of anxiety, depression, exhaustion, overwhelm, and/or stress
My Approach
My interpersonal style is casual and transparent, sometimes direct — I will think out loud, ask probing questions, be open to feedback, and acknowledge mistakes.
I believe that change happens through reflection & increased self-awareness, support, action, and time. Often, what is required for change is simple, maybe even basic/obvious, but not easy. However, there is always a step, if we make it small enough, that will feel possible for you.
Sessions will be active and truly a team effort—we’ll talk, question things, break things down, brainstorm, try some things. I’ll incorporate creativity, and acknowledge the importance of art, nature, sacredness/beauty, and also of practical problem-solving.
The best conversations will feel like “kneading brain dough” (as my one friend puts it), where both of us will leave feeling like we’ve just done a little bit of mental weightlifting—tired but also inspired.
If you think that what I am offering may be of some help to you, please reach out. It could be a great blessing and joy of both of our lives to meet and work together.
